How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Unfortunately, we ship our parcels as soon as we receive them, thus, we are unable to change the shipping address. Fret not, you can still email us at hello@sundaypilatesclub.co and we will try our best to help you!
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed, as we fulfill them promptly. However, if you need to amend your order, please email us at hello@sundaypilatesclub.co within 24 hours of placing it, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Do you have a physical store?
We currently don’t have a physical store, but you can find our Pilates accessories at these amazing retailers:

Backorders
When will my backordered item(s) arrive?
The estimated arrival date for all backordered products will be displayed in the product description on the product page. We will do our best to deliver the item by the specified date. Please allow for some flexibility in case of unforeseen delays. We will keep you informed throughout the process if there are any changes to the estimated arrival date.
What if there is a delay for my backorder item(s)?
If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you via email. We will do our best to deliver the item by the specified date, but please allow for some flexibility. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Can I order both in-stock and backordered items together?
Definitely! Do note that if you order an in-stock item along with a backordered item, your order will be shipped once the backordered item arrives in Singapore. If you'd prefer to receive the in-stock item(s) sooner, please place a separate order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Where can I track the delivery status of my backordered item(s)?
You can easily track the delivery status of your parcel using the information provided in the order fulfillment email we send you. Please note that the tracking number will only be updated in your account once the parcel has been shipped out.
