Shipping

We provide a flat rate for all doorstep deliveries, with complimentary shipping on orders above $80. Local standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delays may occur during festive seasons, public holidays, peak sale periods, courier capacity constraints, or other unforeseen logistical disruptions beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.

For international shipping, we offer international shipping for customers residing outside of Singapore. Upon shipment, customers receive a tracking number to monitor their parcel's progress. We prioritize prompt dispatch of orders to ensure swift delivery. We offer worldwide shipping, however, if your country does not pop up during check out, feel free to drop us an email or DM on Instagram and we will give you a payment link for your order!

Please note that international shipments may encounter delays and incur additional taxes and duties upon arrival in certain countries. Sunday Pilates Club cannot be held responsible for such delays or duty fees imposed by customs. For any inquiries about your international order, please contact us at hello@sundaypilatesclub.co, and we will endeavor to respond within 24 hours!

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed, as we fulfill them promptly. However, if you need to amend your order, please email us at hello@sundaypilatesclub.co within 24 hours of placing it, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We cannot accept liability for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the recipient. Should you notice any inaccuracies or omissions in the address details, please email us at hello@sundaypilatesclub.co within 24 hours of placing your order. This allows us to promptly make any necessary amendments to ensure smooth delivery.

Please note that if the item is returned to our warehouse due to any delivery issues, you will be responsible for the additional delivery charges if you wish to have the item shipped again.

For international orders, should you decide not to have the item re-shipped, we will process a refund for the order amount minus the original delivery charges. This means that the delivery fee paid will not be refunded as part of the total amount.

Return Policy

At Sunday Pilates Club, we strive to ensure you love every piece you receive. If you wish to return an item, please review the guidelines below carefully.

Eligibility & Conditions

  • Returns are applicable for clothing items only.
  • Returns are valid for Singapore orders only. Orders shipped outside Singapore are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • For hygiene reasons, socks and intimate items are strictly non-returnable, unless they are incorrect or faulty.
  • Your return must reach us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

We regret to inform you that we will strictly reject items with:

  • Any stains (including make-up or deodorant stains)
  • Pet fur
  • Signs of wear or washing

Returns are not valid for items purchased under Sale or Clearance.

Return Options

1. Pick-Up Return

A flat fee of $6.90 will be charged for parcel collection. This fee is payable to Sunday Pilates Club prior to arranging the pick-up.

2. Drop-Off Return (Free)

You may return your parcel free of charge by dropping it off at our warehouse:

Refund Policy

Please note that no cash refunds will be issued.

All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

We're terribly sorry for this mistake! If you receive incorrect items or find missing items in your order, please reach out to us at hello@sundaypilatesclub.co, along with your order number, address and contact details. We'll promptly send you the correct items at no extra cost and make every effort to expedite the shipment.

Please be aware that all gift cards purchased on SundayPilatesClub.co are non-refundable.

We're so sorry this happened! If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at hello@sundaypilatesclub.co and we get back to you within 1-2 business days. Once we have approved via email, you may return the faulty item to us via mail. All faulty items must be unused and in their original packaging. We would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Exchange Policy

At Sunday Pilates Club, we currently do not offer direct exchanges for any items.

If you would like a different size, colour, or design, you may return your eligible item in accordance with our Return Policy and place a new order separately.

Please note the following:

  • Exchanges are not available for all items, including regular-priced, sale, or clearance items.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • All approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit only. No cash refunds will be provided.
