We offer doorstep delivery at the following shipping rates based on the total weight of your order:

Up to 4.99kg: $2.60
5.00kg – 9.99kg: $4.50
10.00kg – 19.99kg: $7.80
20.00kg – 29.99kg: $12.00
Complimentary local shipping is available for all orders above SGD $80.
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and packing, followed by 1–3 business days for local standard delivery. As such, you can generally expect your parcel to arrive within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur during festive periods, public holidays, promotional campaigns, peak sale events, courier capacity constraints, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen logistical circumstances beyond our control. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding should such situations arise.

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping for customers residing outside of Singapore. International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of your order.

DHL Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days)
For customers requiring expedited delivery, we offer DHL Express Shipping. Shipping charges vary depending on the destination country and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
International Order Notice
Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of their parcel. We endeavour to dispatch all orders as promptly as possible to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience.
We offer shipping to most countries worldwide. If your country does not appear as an available shipping destination during checkout, please feel free to email us at hello@sundaypilatesclub.co or send us a direct message via Instagram. Our team will be happy to assist you and provide a custom payment link for your order.
Please note that international shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs clearance procedures, local courier operations, public holidays, peak sale periods, or other unforeseen logistical circumstances beyond our control. Certain countries may also impose import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Sunday Pilates Club cannot be held responsible for any customs-related delays, import duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during transit.

Can I make amendments to my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed, as we fulfill them promptly. However, if you need to amend your order, please email us at hello@sundaypilatesclub.co within 24 hours of placing it, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I change my address?
We cannot accept liability for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the recipient. Should you notice any inaccuracies or omissions in the address details, please email us at hello@sundaypilatesclub.co within 24 hours of placing your order. This allows us to promptly make any necessary amendments to ensure smooth delivery.
What happens if my item is returned to the sender?
Please note that if the item is returned to our warehouse due to any delivery issues, you will be responsible for the additional delivery charges if you wish to have the item shipped again.
For international orders, should you decide not to have the item re-shipped, we will process a refund for the order amount minus the original delivery charges. This means that the delivery fee paid will not be refunded as part of the total amount.

Can I return my items?
Return Policy
At Sunday Pilates Club, we strive to ensure you love every piece you receive. If you wish to return an item, please review the guidelines below carefully.
Eligibility & Conditions
- Returns are applicable for clothing items only.
- Returns are valid for Singapore orders only. Orders shipped outside Singapore are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- For hygiene reasons, socks and intimate items are strictly non-returnable, unless they are incorrect or faulty.
- Your return must reach us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
We regret to inform you that we will strictly reject items with:
- Any stains (including make-up or deodorant stains)
- Pet fur
- Signs of wear or washing
Returns are not valid for items purchased under Sale or Clearance.
Return Options
1. Pick-Up Return
A flat fee of $6.90 will be charged for parcel collection. This fee is payable to Sunday Pilates Club prior to arranging the pick-up.

2. Drop-Off Return (Free)
You may return your parcel free of charge by dropping it off at our warehouse:

Refund Policy
Please note that no cash refunds will be issued.
All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

My order is incorrect/missing some items.
We're terribly sorry for this mistake! If you receive incorrect items or find missing items in your order, please reach out to us at hello@sundaypilatesclub.co, along with your order number, address and contact details. We'll promptly send you the correct items at no extra cost and make every effort to expedite the shipment.
Please be aware that all gift cards purchased on SundayPilatesClub.co are non-refundable.
I received a faulty item.
We're so sorry this happened! If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at hello@sundaypilatesclub.co and we get back to you within 1-2 business days. Once we have approved via email, you may return the faulty item to us via mail. All faulty items must be unused and in their original packaging. We would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Can I make an exchange?
Exchange Policy
At Sunday Pilates Club, we currently do not offer direct exchanges for any items.
If you would like a different size, colour, or design, you may return your eligible item in accordance with our Return Policy and place a new order separately.
Please note the following:
- Exchanges are not available for all items, including regular-priced, sale, or clearance items.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- All approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit only. No cash refunds will be provided.
